At the final exhibition Rainer Prohaska will show 'Food Derivation
Objects' and other elements that were produced during his project
'Restaurant Transformable - [Directors Cut]'.

During the six months of his scholarship Prohaska has installed a
mixture of cooking-lab, studio and restaurant into his home at the
Mackey
apartments in Los Angeles. In this space, which was permanently updated
and extended, cooking performances were staged frequently.

Im Rahmen der Abschlussausstellung zeigt Rainer Prohaska 'Food
Derivation Objects' und andere Elemente, die während seinem Projekt
'Restaurant Transformable - [Directors Cut]' entstanden sind.

Während seinem sechsmonatigen Stipendium installierte er eine Mischung
aus Koch-Labor, Atelier und Restaurant in seine Wohnung im Mackey
Apartment-Haus in Los Angeles. In diesem Raum, der ständig erweitert
wurde, fanden regelmäßig Kochperformances statt.
