Digital arts and new media mfa exhibition

JOIN US THIS FRIDAY, APRIL 22, 2016

Thirteen graduate students from the Digital Arts and New Media MFA Program (DANM) at UC Santa Cruz celebrate two years of artistic study with BLIND SPOT. The artists' works explore performance, game play, electronic sculpture, repurposed technology, and collaborative research. 

Join us for a taste of the exhibition! The artists will preview their pieces and their process in a symposium on Friday, April 22 at the Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History in downtown Santa Cruz at 7:30 pm.

The DANM MFA Program serves as a center for the development and study of digital media and the cultures that they have helped create. Faculty and students are drawn from a variety of backgrounds, such the arts, computer engineering, humanities, the sciences, and social sciences, to pursue inter-disciplinary artistic and scholarly research and production in the context of a broad examination of digital arts and cultures.
