At  11.00 pm tonight Brisbane time (3.00 pm Geneva Time) There will be a
webcast organised by UNCTAD in Geneva, which will launch the World
Investment Report 2000, and discuss past reports and future challenges. The
webcast lasts 2 hours. While the agenda has about 30 minutes of speeches,
most of the time is devoted to two panel discussions  that feature some
fairly high profile academics/ NGO representatives/ ambassadors etc.

N.B. If you click the LIVE WEBCAST link now it tells you that the Page Can
Not Be Found. This is not a fault. Normally they don't activate the link
