To Authorize Acts of Artistic

The US
Department of Art & Technology, along with the Global

(US DAT J. RES. 1).
Joined by

Secretary Randall M. Packer announced the Joint Resolution in a speech
today at the US Capitol in Washington, DC.
Secretary
Packer hailed the Resolution as a "final test" of the Bush
Regime's willingness "to submit to any and all methodologies to
verify his compliance. His cooperation must be prompt and
unconditional, or he will face the severest
consequences."
