The best that Napster, Freenet, etc can do is to deflate the old-world
centrist power of big recording/marketing corporations. This is probably
essential if artists are ever to regain creative-control, distribution and
fair-profit from their works through independent net publication.

And something similar has to happen to break-up the artworld/museum
mafia...
