the transmissor is a working tool to provide not only a free information
flow but also an entry to certain pieces of information, some very hard
to attain and whose broadcast does not interest Media Corporations. This
project is especially directed to students, artists, critics,
professors, hackers, activists, and to all these people who lack
confidence in unique information -"objective and truthful"- that
widespreads the interests of States and of major companies through their
mass media. Information is here, intelligence is your contribution.
