It would be interesting to map author-publicist-publisher-distributor-grantor-investor-etc. relationships, and reveal the money/influence/reputation flows. Very few authors operate in vacuum, none write for free. 


Of course I find it difficult to respect anyone who'd cosign as much as
a grocery list with a creep like BHL.
