Dear André, Francois Mitterand once told me not to click on links on 
europa.eu. They somehow steal my browser history, I don't know how. But every 
time I try to reconfigure the eu law parameters, they seem to change my 
careful social administration configuration.

Here is a snapshot of my web browser opening the ec.europa.eu URI that was 
posted:

I may try to trick links2, but if it does not work there, tor onion routing 
is the only alternative to update European laws ;)
