At 21:53 my pager went off telling me that Telekom Srbija has had 5
networks withdrawn from the global BGP routing tables.

The routes that have been withdrawn are:

160.99.0.0/16
192.203.26.0/23
195.178.32.0/19
212.62.32.0/19
212.200.0.0/16

This information suggests interruptions in their network, most likely
caused by NATO's bombing campaign against Serbia.

We have been monitoring routes originating from within Belgrade for a few
weeks and have found corelations between news reports regarding affected
target and volatility in routes being announced from networks in Belgrade.
