Hello all,

In addition to the Cinekid new media Seminars, Media Guild organizes  
a Brain-Food brunch at the 19th of October with special guest Ed  
Burton (UK), well known from Sodaplay, Moovl and several other  
intelligent, playful applications. During the brunch Ed will be  
talking about Soda's design philosophy and current projects. We look  
forward to some lively discussion on topics around art, technology  
and new media.

The Cinekid festival is the annual Film, Television and New Media  
Festival for Children (Amsterdam, October 14-21). Every year during  
the autumn break more than 35,000 children are given an opportunity  
to attend one or more of the 200 media productions that Cinekid  
presents: feature films, childrenâs documentaries, short films,  
animations, TV series and single plays, cross-media productions,  
interactive installations and set-ups and workshops.
