BOUWHOUSE project dit weekend van start

Tijdens de maanden september, oktober en november zal het BOUWHOUSE  
project plaatsvinden op het terrein voor de 'RAC Hallen'.
BOUWHOUSE is een buitenproject in en met 12 zeecontainers met als  
thema (ver)BOUW(ing). Het project zal 3 maanden staan. Naast een  
aantal geplande weekend manifestaties met muziek en performances  
zullen de containers ook geopend worden voor exposities, workshops en  
film.

De Bouwhouse zal tijdens dit weekend geopend zijn op VRIJDAG 5  
SEPTEMBER VAN 19:00 TOT 23:00 UUR, ZATERDAG 6 SEPTEMBER VAN 12:00 -  
18:00 EN ZONDAG 7 SEPTEMBER VAN 12:00 - 18:00 UUR.

Het BOUWHOUSE heeft een modulaire structuur en zal geen week hetzelfde  
zijn. De structuur is bedacht door afvalarchitect en kunstenaar Denis  
Oudendijk (REFUNC).
Dit weekend vind je er bovendien 3 installaties van het Haagse  
kunstenaarscollectief Baracca, en de Litouwse kunstenaar Linas  
Kutavicius (www.lightforms.lt).

De komende maanden zal de BOUWHOUSE gevuld worden met exposities,  
workshops, lezingen, muziek, een film- en videoprogramma, en  
performances door onder andere Macular, Shitcluster, the Lunatics,  
Marlies van der Linden, CXC, SBSC, Mia Westerhof e.v.a.

BOUWHOUSE staat vóór de RAC Hallen, op het terrein langs de  
Calandstraat tussen de 1e Lulofsdwarsstraat en de 1e Van der Kunstraat  
in Den Haag

BOUWHOUSE is het initiatief van Stichting RAC, die verantwoordelijk is  
voor de toekomstige invulling van de RAC Hallen in Laakhaven-West, Den  
Haag. BOUWHOUSE is een kleine afspiegeling van de toekomstige  
multidisciplinaire programmering in de RAC Hallen.

BOUWHOUSE project starts this weekend

During the months of September, October and November the BOUWHOUSE  
project will take place on the field in front of the 'RAC Hallen'.  
BOUWHOUSE is an outdoor project in and with 12 sea containers, under  
the theme (re)BUILD(ing). The project will last 3 months. Besides a  
few weekend manifestations and events with music and performances the  
containers will be open for the public for exhibitions, workshops and  
film.

During this weekend the BOUWHOUSE will be open on FRIDAY 4 SEPTEMBER  
FROM 19:00 TILL 23:00, SATURDAY 5 SEPTEMBER FROM 12:00 - 18:00 AND  
SUNDAY 6 SEPTEMBER FROM 12:00 - 18:00 H.

The BOUWHOUSE has a modular structure and will change its face on a  
weekly basis. The structure is an idea by recycle architect and artist  
Denis Oudendijk (REFUNC).
Besides this weekend you will find 3 installations by the Hague art  
collective Baracca, and Lithuanian artist Linas Kutavicius

The coming months the BOUWHOUSE will be filled with exhibitions,  
workshops, lectures, music, film and video, and performances by  
amongst others Macular, Shitcluster, the Lunatics, Marlies van der  
Linden, CXC, SBSC, Mia Westerhof plus many others.

Kunstraat in Den Haag

BOUWHOUSE is initiated by the foundation Stichting RAC, that is  
responsible for the programming of the future event venue RAC Hallen  
in Laakhaven-West, Den Haag. BOUWHOUSE is a tiny representation of the  
future multidisciplinary program in the RAC Hallen.
