Nomadic College NC USA Scholarship Call for Scholarship Applicants http://www.nomadiccollege.com/index.php?option=com The "NOMADIC COLLEGE" annual international dance and workshop festival is proud to offer a four-week scholarship for the second time. This initiative is intended to provide access to dance education, in particular the study of the Axis Syllabus-universal motor principles to those who would otherwise not have the opportunity. The scholarship includes the entire fees for workshops, food and accomodation during the four weeks of the event. The candidate will arrange for and carry their own travel expenses. Criteria for Candidacy: YOU HAVE Practice in dance or other movement disciplines Basic English â?? understanding & communication Completed the questionnaire and sent the materials requested below YOU ARE: Open to all ages and to different backgrounds In need of financial support >From an area lacking support of dance & movement education Questionnaire: How did you hear about the Axis Syllabus? How would this scholarship benefit your work? How do you think your skills will contribute to the growth or evolution of the AS-Universal Motor Principles? The NC is a communal event; what is your experience living and working in community? Define the following to the best of your ability: Chronological Architecture Side bending principles Whatâ??s the difference between kinetic energy and momentum? Whatâ??s the difference between a helix and a spiral?
