tnx for your interest! 

for some reason i have assumed that the people on <oldboys> list people have ordered the faq and info file after receiving the technical welcome where it says:

Send mail to the following for info and FAQ for this list:
   <oldboys-info@lists.ccc.de>
   <oldboys-faq@lists.ccc.de>

but i can see now that it was probably an overload of information, and it takes also time to get used to instructions which enable you to work with the list.

there is also command which allows you, as subscriber, to find out who else is on the list:

<oldboys-list@lists.ccc.de>

today it have been 139 addresses
