Following Jane Finnis's appointment to the 24hourmuseum, Lighthouse
are looking for a dynamic and visionary new Director.

Lighthouse explores and develops the creative use of film and digital
media. It has established a strong reputation in the UK for
excellence and innovation in artists' commissions, digital media
training and support for film makers and screenwriters.  Lighthouse
has recently secured new funding to develop the organisation's
creative activities. Lighthouse is located in the centre of Brighton
[a vibrant city by the sea just 1 hour from London!] and has a
uniquely talented team of staff, freelancers and artists.

The Director will have a vision for the future relationships of
creativity and technology. You will have extensive management and
leadership skills, proven experience of fundraising, strategic
planning and managing both human and physical resources. You may have
a background in the arts, broadcasting, new media, education or
cultural/economic development. You will be someone who is looking for
a new opportunity to use your skills who enjoys the challenge of
influencing regional strategies and the pursuit of a vision.
