between a Russian & a French anti-nuclear activist for 
purely political reasons.

On the adamant begining of the Documenta X Workspace
"/ we want bandwidth! / equal access rights, broadcast for all"
the broadcast of the Blackade at the Temelin Nuclear Power Plant 
appear.
