Syndicate: nato steps up attacks

this is just on all the news:
nato steps up attacks to what they call phase II., just watched and
monitored flights from aviano afb., large numbers took off in the last
two hours.
strikes on moving targets and ground troops in serbia and in and arround
kosovo are in plan.
this will probably bring the first nato downed aircraft, since they will
have to fly differently than before. probably better to stay in
shelters.
thanks to erik for the radio21 info. i fear the worst and hope for the
best.
