it is really bad, but we will want to be able to remember how stupid who
behaved afterwards, and the Anthropological Society should at some point in
the future be reminded of this one. let's remember things.

Dear Colleagues,

In this moment when Belgrade is the target of bombs, SERBIAN
ANTHROPOLOGICAL SOCIETY want to attract your attention to NATO
aggression against Yugoslavia and we expect to hear your attitude and
reaction concerning that problem. We feel obliged to clarify some
points  that you probably don?t know and you can?t hear in your media:
        1) Right now  - NATO BOMBERS ARE UNDISCRIMANATELY KILLING PEOPLE
HERE: soldiers, civilians, men, women, children, US-lovers,
Miloshevich-lovers, Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, Serbs, Albanians,
and others.
        2) The real issue of NATO aggression is OCCUPATION OF KOSOVO BY
NATO FORCES, AND FURTHER OCCUPATION AND DISINTEGRATION OF YUGOSLAVIA.
 3) For the last 50 years Albanians were constantly running away from
Albania to Kosovo & Metohija, as a better place to live in. In the same
time, especially in last two decades, THOUSANDS OF SERBS WERE EXPELLED
FROM KOSOVO by Albanian separatists.
        4) At the beginning of 1998 the ALBANIAN TERRORISTS (under the
guise of Albanian Liberation Army), BEING ARMED AND FINANCED FROM
ALBANIA AND USA, started their actions in Kosovo, killing more and more
people (of all nationality, including Albanians who were not willing to
support or join them).
        5) The retaliation against these terrorists  from the Yugoslav
army
(during 1998) was stopped by USA (and allies) pressure (WITH AN EXCUSE
THAT THESE ARE ATTROCITIES AGAINST INNOCENT CIVILIANS). From March 23,
NATO has overtaken the lead from Albanian terrorists, being now involved
as the major party in occupation of Kosovo, and spreading the war and
destruction to the wider territory of Yugoslavia.
 6) This ?bringer of peace? in three days has bombed 50 schools,
hospitals and factories in Yugoslavia. The ratio of military and
civilian victims is 1:9.
 7) Yugoslavia has to be destroyed by all means. The destruction of
"first" Yugoslavia by Nazis started by German bombing on April 6, 1941,
the destruction of "second" Yugoslavia started in June 1991, by the
secession wars of Slovenia and Croatia, following Bosnia,  and the
destruction of the "third" Yugoslavia started  with NATO bombing, on
March 23, 1999.
        8) THE ALLIES STOPPED THE NAZIS (AFTER A FIVE-YEAR BLOODY WAR).
WHO WILL STOP NATO?

 We hope that you as intellectuals bring the germ of critical look and
that you will use your voice and influence in attempt to stop our
tragedy today concerning it as not only Yugoslav, but also universal
fear of  political warplanes. It is the privilege of morale people to
help man to endure attack, which try to destroy its life, future and
sacrifice that have been the glory of his past.
