Dear friends,

After Friday night's repeated bombing of Ministry of Defense building in
downtown Belgrade, SCCA office has been damaged too. Most of the windows
are broken but, fortunately, all equipment survived undamaged. Few bomb
fragments flew into neighboring apartments. No one is hurt since most of
the tenants left the building on time. Our office is located on the 6th
floor of the apartment building, 100 meters distant from the MoD.
