I'm not so sure I'm a "good" American, because I think for myself and think
critically and analytically and I am critical of my Government's foreign
policy.  It is a real shame that we are being misdirected and all but held
hostage by our own version of the Taliban here in the United States.  Below
is a message that a colleague sent me


YOUR EYES ONLY.  No problem, Steve, I sense you are a really decent person
and a loyal American.  We are in for a very difficult fight, and very long
and terribly costly.  We will probably lose more Americans than we have lost
in all our wars in history.  Most will be civilian casualties.



This is not a simple "war on terrorism", meaning war on Bin Laden and the
like.  That's just the "first bottom layer", being manipulated by several
layers on top.  Above these terrorists (with some 30,000 infiltrated into
the U.S over the last several decades) there are hostile nations, waiting to
issue the orders to strike.  And that is just the "top end of the bottom
layer".  Above that, there are a few nations (notably the KGB in Russia, and
China) manipulating all the players below them on the chessboard, but from
behind the scene.  Here you have everything from clandestine weapons supply,
training, furnishing the biological warfare agents, etc.  The former Soviet
Union also infiltrated Spetznaz teams and nuclear weapons into the U.S., and
these are now in most of our large cities.  China controls both ends of the
Panama Canal now, and has several seaports in the U.S., thanks to Clinton.
Most favored nation status, given to them, means they can infiltrate goods
etc. fairly easily.  Castro for decades has run guerrilla training camps in
Southern Mexico, and infiltrated the graduates across the border and into
the United States.  Probably about 10,000, of whom some 5,000 are still
die-hard loyal and waiting to go.



Meanwhile, in the march of clandestine superweapon development, we are well
behind.  The dominant weapons on the face of the planet are quantum
potential weapons.  Three nations have had them for some time: The KGB in
Russia (these are NOT in the regular Russian armed forces), Brazil, and a
friendly little nation.  A fourth power now either has it or is just
deploying it; that is China.  China has massed missile artillery against
Taiwan, and recently conducted invasion exercises on an island close to
Taiwan.  China also has declared the South China Sea as its territorial
waters (60% of Japan's oil goes through there, plus the oil for some other
nations as well).  Recently, as a caution to China against invading Taiwan
or trying to enforce its grab of part of the open oceans of the world, a
2-carrier U.S. naval task force maneuvered in the South China Sea.  Unknown
to the brave lads in that task force, a fearsome new weapon recently
deployed by China was tracking their every move.  That weapon could have
destroyed the entire task force in a couple of minutes.  It is a special
kind of EMP weapon, using NEGATIVE energy instead of positive energy.  Hence
one EMP from that weapon, striking a target, "dissolves" all electron
currents instantly.  A human body struck with it is instantly and totally
dead, and falls like a limp dishrag, never to twitch, and nary a nerve cell
even fires. Everything living -- germ, bacterium, virus, mammal, bird,
whatever -- is instantly and totally dead (in the struck zone).  The
Russians tested (twice) a very small version of this weapon against the
Afghans in the Russian-Afghanistan war.  Back then, I spent two hours with
the representative of the Mujahideen to the U.S. government, by sheer
coincidence, verifying those two tests and the eery phenomena accompanying
them ( the dead bodies did not decay even in 30 days, no vulture or predator
ate them or molested them, etc.)  The incidents occurred, and the weapon is
real.



As you can see, consider what the strike (or several strikes) of such a
weapon does to a naval surface task force.  All electrical power systems and
electronic systems are instantly dead.  All the troops are instantly dead.
The missiles, aircraft, communications, radar, etc. are all dead because all
their electronics is dead.  The electronics inside a nuclear warhead is
dead.  So a naval task force, hit with several strikes such as that, is a
dead ghost junk fleet silently drifting on the ocean's surface.




The long "microwave radiation" of the U.S. Embassy in Moscow showed that any
cellular death or disease pattern can be transmitted electronically
(actually, infolded inside the bidirectional longitudinal EM wave structure
that comprises a scalar potential).  The "engines" to generate a given
disease, etc. can be placed inside any desired EM field, potential, or wave,
or all of them.  They can also be placed inside the quantum potential, which
does not translate through space at all, but instantly appears in everything
it is connected to, no matter where that is in the entire universe. (This is
quantum mechanics, not EM field theory at all).  But it is after all a
potential, so it can be encoded with a desired engine (or a hundred of them)
as well.



The Gulf War Disease was a cocktail mix of disease "engines" deliberately
placed in our troops.  There are certain signatures that show it, but normal
medics and electrical engineers have none of the knowledge required to even
recognize it.



One of the things being done with that weapon, clandestinely, to aid the
terrorists when they strike our cities, is to "spread" the immune systems of
the U.S. populace. That has been done.  There is a "shadow" state (used and
adjusted in the Gulf War Disease induction) just below the observable state
(technically, in the upper end of the virtual state, and "almost objective
but not quite yet".  The human immune system reacts to that shadow state
(the body's cellular control system uses communications in that state).  So
if you place the targeted population in a QP containing the shadow states
of, say, 24 different diseases, the immune system "spreads" its resource
across 24 "potential invaders".  That's less than 5% of its resources
available for each one.  Then when a real anthrax strike on our cities
occurs, e.g., the casualty figures will be increased by a factor of from 3
to 5, over what we would expect by "single strike" against a "non-spread"
immune system population.  In short, instead of a nominal 1 to 3 million
casualties in a professional anthrax strike on Washington, D.C., there would
be 3 to 9 million casualties at least, and almost all of them would die.



That clandestine spreading has already been done (it left signatures if one
knows what to look for) to the American populace, in my opinion, based on
the appearance of those "signatures".  Now envision some 5 to 10 cities
being attacked with smallpox, anthrax, bubonic plague, or whatever is
available.  You can see the astounding mess that puts the U.S. in.



Pound for pound, biological warfare weapons -- professionally delivered --
are far more "productive of casualties" than nuclear weapons.  By far.



There are many other dirty tricks (some even dirtier) waiting to hit us, but
that should give you an example and some insight into what is really
happening.  E.g., the nations backing the terrorists often have nuclear
power plants, so have access to the plutonium produced, the uranium, etc.
Take some non-weapons grade plutonium, and 600 pounds of HE or C4, and
encase the explosive in that mix of Pu.  In one of our big cities, such as
Los Angeles or Atlanta.  Put a timer on it.  Leave.  A day later, that
weapon blows, spreading hot plutonium all over everywhere, and it will be
hot for thousands of years.  You just "neutralized" that vast area from
human habitation, unless they all wish to get sick and eventually die.



Or unleash smallpox in any major city in the U.S.  Just one.  That will
eventually kill some 2 billion people on earth, and it cannot and will not
be contained. That's one-third the human population almost, from a single
act.  Not as dramatic as nuking something, but far more deadly than a single
nuke, in the long run.



This is the new form of World War, loosely referred to by the KGB as
"asymmetrical" warfare.  It's performed inside a nation, inside its cities,
right in its civilian populace and infrastructure.  The targets are the
noncombatants, not the combatants.  War is hell. But now the civilian
populace is in the furnace, directly.  The KGB loves it; by clandestinely
spreading the immune systems of a targeted populace and seeing to it that
the terrorists have the necessary BW agents in their possession, they can
wage world war on us, behind the scenes, and -- dummies that we are -- we
will blame only the terrorists being used as the "foot soldiers".  These
fellows are master chessplayers.  They look 30 moves ahead; that is their
"national style" (that is a formal area of what is called a "strategic
analysis" of a nation).  Our national style is that we do not react to
slowly increasing threats.  So we did not react to all this while it was
laboriously being set in place, for three decades.  Now that we have a
"sudden strike" of one of the rattlers, our national style is to react now,
at last.  But this is reacting after the entire war preparation has already
been done in advance.  Quite simply, we've been caught with our pants down
(again, that is our national style).




In a strategic war, the first phase is to get the weapons of mass
destruction onto the distant targets.  That has been done against us over
the past decades by clandestine infiltration, and it has been accomplished.



In other words, the first phase of WW III has already been accomplished.
Now the first "probing attacks" to open the war have begun.  It will now
slowly increase in intensity, unless someone suddenly lets go some of the
"big strikes".



This nation has no shelters for its population, let alone BW-filtered
shelters.  There is no stocked food for the populaces in the large
population areas.  Its water supplies for those areas are not shielded and
are horribly vulnerable (ever look at the effects of reactor grade plutonium
placed in big city water supplies or reservoirs?  Not pretty.)   Its
centralized power systems are deadly vulnerable, as are much of its
infrastructure.  Economic war will also be waged, look at the bankruptcies
and horrendous lay-offs following this "opening shot" using clever but
ordinary means (jetliner full of fuel, with a kamikaze pilot, as a special
kind of "guided bomb").  There are many other "neat" things waiting for us,
such as BW agents introduced into our crops.  Presently there is 5 days of
food supply for the U.S. in the warehouses, etc.  Think about it.
Pipelines, key bridges, long line high voltage transmission lines,
refineries, etc. are all deadly vulnerable.



And there are 30,000 terrorists/soldiers/forces/kamikazies sitting here,
drooling at all those fat targets, and salivating while waiting for the word
to move.  Their purpose is to see that as many Americans die as possible, in
each major strike.



Welcome to the North American Theater of the war now launched and in its
opening stage -- WW III.
