HR2921: To authorize the President to award posthumously the
Congressional Gold Medal to Jeremy Glick of West Milford,
New Jersey, a passenger aboard United Airlines Flight 93 for acts of
bravery, courage, and patriotism.
HR2927: To limit the amount of total compensation for top executives of
air carriers that receive certain Federal relief.
HR2928: Keeping America Safe Act of 2001
HR2938: To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow taxpayers to
designate any portion of their income tax
overpayments, and to make other contributions, for the benefit of
victims of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, and
for counter-terrorism efforts.
HR2945: Ancillary Airline Industry Relief Act of 2001
HR2946: Displaced Workers Relief Act of 2001

HR2976: To provide for the issuance of a special entrance pass for free
admission to any federally owned area which is

survivors, victims' immediate families, and police, fire, rescue,
recovery, and medical personnel directly
affected by the September 11, 2001, terrorist hijackings and the attacks
on the World Trade Center and the
Pentagon, and for other purposes.
HR2982: To authorize the establishment of a memorial within the area in
the District of Columbia referred to in the
Commemorative Works Act as "Area I" or "Area II" to the victims of
terrorist attacks on the United States, to provide for the
design and construction of such a memorial, and for other purposes.
HR2989: Airline Workers Fairness Act
HR2991: To direct the Architect of the Capitol to establish, as part of
the Capitol Visitors Center, a garden
designated as the "Spirit of America Garden" as a living memorial to the
victims of the terrorist attacks on the United States on
September 11, 2001.
HR3007: General Aviation Small Business Relief Act of 2001
HR3011: To authorize the Administrator of the Small Business
Administration to make loans to certain concerns that suffered
economic and other injury as result of the terrorist attacks against the
United States that occurred on September 11, 2001, and
for other purposes.
HR3026: Office of Homeland Security Act of 2001
HR3036: To authorize the Secretary of Defense to establish a memorial on
the Arlington Naval Annex to the
victims of the terrorist attack on the Pentagon.
HR3045: To provide assistance to employees who suffer loss of employment
in the aircraft manufacturing industry as a result of
the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
HR3049: Afghanistan Freedom Act of 2001
HR3054: True American Heroes Act
HR3067: To direct the Secretary of Transportation give certain workers
who have lost their jobs as a result of the terrorist
attacks of September 11, 2001, priority in hiring for aviation-related
security positions.
HR3073: American Small Business Emergency Relief and Recovery Act of
2001
HR3076: September 11 Marque and Reprisal Act of 2001
HR3157: Rediscover America Act of 2001
HR3220: To improve aviation security, and for other purposes.
HR3226: To direct the Comptroller General of the United States to
conduct a study regarding children directly affected by the
terrorist attacks against the United States on September 11, 2001.
HR3242: To ensure that the United States is prepared for an attack using
biological or chemical weapons.
H.Con.Res. 224: Expressing the sense of the Congress that, as a symbol
of solidarity following the terrorist attacks on the
United States on September 11, 2001, every United States citizen is
encouraged to display the flag of the United States.
H.Con.Res. 228: Expressing the sense of the Congress that the children
who lost one or both parents or a guardian in the
September 11, 2001, World Trade Center and Pentagon tragedies (including
the aircraft crash in Somerset County,
Pennsylvania) should be provided with all necessary assistance,
services, and benefits and urging the heads of Federal agencies
responsible for providing such assistance, services and benefits to give
the highest possible priority to providing such assistance,

crew and passengers of United Airlines Flight 93.

H.J.Res. 63: Declaring that a state of war exists between the United
States and any entity determined by the President to have
