My mistake in the first posting; the deadline for NGO's was 22 May, but
individuals still have 11 hours to sign the online petition against blanket
data-retention at http://www.stop1984.com/index2.php?text=letter.txt

14.860 signatures from 60 countries at the moment of this posting.
