   Has anyone heard the government of Montenegro complain about 
this rail line being cut?  Or are they gladdened by the prospect 
of Milosevic not being able to ship trainloads of troops into their 
country to toss Djukanovic out of office?

    I usually ignore this kind of messages, but it is always interesting
    to see how some highly educated people can degrade themselves by 
    writing such a meaningless messages...
